Ron Gardner PhD, LMHC, LCPC, ACS, CSAYC
Owner & Lead TherapistDr. Ron Gardner is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision. He specializes in trauma-focused therapy and uses evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients work through anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other challenges.
But Ron brings more to the therapy room than degrees and credentials. He is also a husband, dad, and papaw who understands that life can be complicated, relationships can be messy, and sometimes knowing what you should do is very different from actually figuring out how to do it.
His approach to counseling is genuine, practical, and collaborative. Ron believes therapy should be a place where clients can be honest about what is happening in their lives without feeling judged or talked down to. He combines clinical experience with a down-to-earth style, helping clients better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, and make meaningful changes.
Ron’s goal isn’t to tell you how to live your life. It’s to meet you where you are, help you figure out where you want to go, and work alongside you as you get there.
Jessica Kueterman, MA
Graduate ClinicianJessica Kueterman holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, and simply figuring out who they are and where they want to go.
Jessica brings more than education and clinical training to the therapy room. As a wife and mother, she understands that real life can be complicated, relationships can be messy, and things rarely fit neatly into a textbook. She brings that perspective into her work while recognizing that every person’s experience is uniquely their own.
Jessica’s approach is warm, genuine, and straightforward. She believes clients deserve a therapist who will support them while also being willing to challenge them, explore patterns, and point out when their thoughts, feelings, and actions may not quite line up. Therapy with Jessica may include meaningful conversations, humor, and creative approaches tailored to the person sitting across from her.
With younger clients, Jessica incorporates play and developmentally appropriate approaches while partnering with parents and caregivers when helpful. Across all ages, her goal is the same: to create a space where clients can be honest, feel understood, and do meaningful work without therapy feeling stiff or overly clinical.
Jessica has completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is currently awaiting approval of her Indiana associate licensure.
