Vibroacoustic Therapy
What is Vibroacoustic Therapy?
-
Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) uses gentle sound vibrations to relax the body and quiet the mind. Research shows it can ease stress, reduce pain, and improve sleep and mood. Many people find it helpful for conditions like migraines, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, chronic fatigue, and anxiety. It’s a simple, noninvasive way to restore balance and support overall well-being.
-
Promotes deep relaxation and gentle rejuvenation as sound and vibration flow through the body, easing tension, calming the mind, and restoring balance and clarity.
-
During a session, you’ll rest fully clothed on our specialized VAT table while soothing sound frequencies and gentle vibrations move through the body. Most people feel deeply relaxed, calm, and refreshed afterward, often describing a sense of lightness and mental clarity that lasts well beyond the session.
