Meet Our Staff
Ron Gardner is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Sexual Abuse Youth Counselor (CSAYC) with a deep commitment to helping individuals overcome trauma and move toward lasting growth. With years of experience in both clinical and private practice settings, Ron brings a grounded, client-centered presence to his work with adolescents, adults, and families.
Ron specializes in trauma-focused therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other integrative approaches to treat anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and personality disorders. His work is guided by compassion and a belief in every person’s capacity to heal, adapt, and thrive.
Currently pursuing a doctorate in counselor education and supervision, Ron is deeply invested in professional development and lifelong learning. His growth mindset is not only academic but also practical. He continually refines his clinical skills to offer clients the most effective and up-to-date interventions. Whether addressing complex trauma or helping someone through a challenging life transition, Ron approaches therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, empathy, and individualized care.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With immediate availability she will be offering therapy services under supervision as part of her practicum.
Jessica is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and women across the lifespan. She takes a strengths-based, compassionate approach grounded in child-directed play therapy and behavioral modification. Her focus is on helping young clients express themselves, build emotional regulation skills, and develop positive behavior patterns at home, in school, and in social settings.
She also works with parents and guardians who are seeking support in managing behavioral challenges or navigating parenting concerns. Jessica collaborates with caregivers to develop effective strategies that foster consistency, communication, and growth within the family system.
In addition, she is committed to supporting women as they navigate identity, confidence, and life transitions. Jessica offers a supportive space for clients to reconnect with their sense of self, set healthy boundaries, and move toward their personal goals.
Sessions are offered at $30 per 1 hour session with a cash payment option, and a sliding scale is available to ensure affordability.
